The SPOT X provides 2-way satellite messaging so you can stay connected with family and friends when you are off the grid and beyond cellular coverage.
Each SPOT X has its own unique mobile number allowing you to exchange SMS messages with mobile phone users, or send and receive emails, wherever you're located.
If preferred, you can connect the SPOT X to your smartphone via Bluetooth and use your mobile phone and the SPOT X app to communicate easily with family, friends, or directly with Search & Rescue services in a life-threatening situation.

b. Open the email sent from us and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to returns portal, enter the verification code.
2. Click the order that you wish to submit the return for.
3. Select the item that you wish to return.
4. Select a reason and add a note if required.
5. Click "Request Return".
If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a store credit in the form of a "Gift Voucher" which can be used online or instore for another purchase.
