General Returns Policy
1️⃣ We offer store credit (gift voucher) only — no refunds.
2️⃣ Items must be in 100% re‑sellable condition including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
3️⃣ Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
4️⃣ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5️⃣ We cover shipping costs only for incorrect or damaged items.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable legislation.
🔄 Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, you may return goods for store credit. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the credit.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A VALID RMA NUMBER.
Visit our Returns page to obtain your RMA before sending anything back.
Requirements:
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns accepted only within 14 days of the shipping date.
• Freight costs are at the customer’s expense and deducted from your credit.
• You must obtain shipping instructions from us before returning any item.

- All Jeppesen electronic and paper chart products
⚠️ Bulk Purchases: We reserve the right not to accept returns of 2 or more of the same item.
Conditions for Returned Items
UNOPENED items may be returned for full store credit (less shipping/handling) within 14 days.
OPENED items may also be returned for full store credit (less shipping/handling) within 14 days if they meet ALL conditions:
• 100% complete
• All original boxes, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included
• In re‑sellable condition
Items not meeting these standards may be refused and returned at your expense, or accepted with a 15% processing fee at our discretion.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We cover re‑shipment costs for incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
Returns authorised beyond 14 days may incur a 15% processing fee.
If an order is cancelled after shipping, shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
Please include a copy of your invoice inside the return package.
For your protection, please use registered post.
Allow sufficient time for your return to reach us.
EU Customers — Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise This Right
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an RMA number before returning any items.
Refunds
EU customers ONLY will receive a full monetary refund of the product purchase price within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Conditions
Returned items must be in re‑sellable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

- Digital content once download or access has begun (with your consent)
- Custom‑ordered or specially manufactured items
