We want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we don’t offer refunds for change‑of‑mind returns, you’re welcome to send items back within 14 days for a store credit or exchange if the size isn’t right or you’re not completely happy.

If you’re unsure about a product, our team is always happy to help before you place your order — just get in touch.

Of course, if an item is faulty, we follow the Consumer Guarantees Act and will make things right.

How to Make a Return (Easy Steps)

1. Open our Returns Portal and enter the email you used for your order.

2. Check your inbox for the six‑digit verification code and enter it into the portal.

3. Select the order you’d like to return.

4. Choose the item, pick a reason, and add a note if you’d like.

5. Click Request Return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the shipping instructions. After we receive the item, we’ll issue a store credit (Gift Voucher) that you can use online or in‑store.

• Underwear

• Clearance items

• Bulk purchases (2+ of the same item), especially if ordered in specifically for you
