Stocked items are usually sent the same day if the order is received by 3pm Monday- Friday. During busy times and when we run sales there maybe a delay of a day or 2.

Not happy with your purchase :(

No problem you can exchange it or return it to us for a store credit . We do not offer refunds for returned items.

A few things first.

1. You may only return an item within 14 days of receiving.

2. You must still have all the original packaging and the item must be in a brand new re-sellable condition.

3. A few items can't be returned: DVD's, Underwear, Facemasks, Items marked as "Special Order" or "Clearance" and to take advantage of a promotional offer.
