If you are pairing the Nflightcam smartphone audio cablewith a newer iPhone or iPad, you will need to use an Apple Lightning-to-3.5mm adapter. If you've misplaced the one that came with your iPhone, pick up an extra one here.
This is the certified adapter manufactured by Apple and offered here for customer shopping convenience. Please note that similar adapters manufactured by any company other than Apple do not seem to work with our cable.

a. Enter the email address used to place your order, click Continue.
b. Open the email sent from us and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to returns portal, enter the verification code.
2. Click the order that you wish to submit the return for.
3. Select the item that you wish to return.
4. Select a reason and add a note if required.
5. Click "Request Return".
If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a store credit in the form of a "Gift Voucher" which can be used online or instore for another purchase.
