Kanari smart alert technology built right into the headset provides protection by measuring cabin carbon monoxide levels, helping to keep you and your passengers alert and safe with audible warnings. The free Lightspeed App lets you check CO sensor data visually during flight, review your full history, record radio conversations, playback transmissions, and archive flight recordings for post-flight briefing and training.

The Delta Zulu also introduces HearingEQity™ — an automated 12-frequency hearing test that creates your individual hearing profile, compensating for any hearing variations between ears for crystal clear flight communication. Individualised profiles can be saved, and different headset users can switch between them.

Control & Connectivity

Delta Zulu is the first headset to adopt the UAC plug, allowing you to connect to other devices directly from the headset for charging, data communications, and auxiliary audio — with four cable configurations: USB-A (included), USB-C, 3.5mm, and Lightning. It can also be charged while flying via USB.

Full Bluetooth integration with A2DP technology enables cell phone communications and stereo music streaming, while ComPriority™ automatically lowers auxiliary audio during radio or intercom transmissions and eases it back in gently. Auto Shutoff™ powers the headset down when not in use, so your batteries are always ready.

The Dual Aperture Disc™ microphone provides superior noise cancellation for clearer, more intelligible communications, with a user-adjustable gain screw to balance loud and soft voices in a multi-headset environment.

Weighing just 14.9 oz (422 g), the low-profile stainless-steel headband follows the curve of the head for comfortable weight distribution. Tapered performance ear seals hug the jaw for a natural fit, increasing comfort and clarity while providing a better seal around eyeglass or sunglass frames — with cup cavities large enough for the entire ear.
