RMA - Return Request


ALL PRODUCTS returned MUST be in a resellable condition and 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

YOU ACCEPT that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the item while in transit. We recommend selecting an appropriate delivery service with tracking and adequate insurance cover.

YOU ACCEPT That if your order shipped for free then the initial cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

YOU ACCEPT That you will be paying the freight to return the product. We may email you a prepaid return label (the cost will be deducted from your credit) if we are at fault or the items have arrived damaged we will cover the freight costs.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES Ordered the wrong size/colour or whatever? no problem. To avoid mistakes the best option is for you to simply complete the RMA form, we issue you a credit then you order the correct product, too easy!

WARRANTY Do not use this form for warranties. click here for warranty claims

DO NOT return any items to us until you have received your RMA number and return instructions. Addresses and procedures differ with each brand.
Items returned without a valid RMA will be returned at your expense.
